Closing Day Games and Awards Ceremony Sunday, June 23

Welcome to Howe Sound Minor Baseball

We are home for baseball families in Squamish  British Columbia.  Howe sound minor baseball is now a member of BC Minor Baseball and we operate as a non-profit community sports organization

Our community began in Squamish and grew to include a Whistler division with our total membership growing to over 600 players!

The growth of our program led to the expansion of the corridor and with our support, Whistler now has their own association.

We offer T-ball for girls and boys aged 5-7, Co-ed Baseball for ages 8-15 & Softball for girls  ages 8-19 (softball offered in Squamish only)

Help Us Keep Baseball in the Sea to Sky Corridor

We need your help

We are in a rebuilding period for Howe Sound Minor Ball.  Members of the board have their children aged out and we need to keep the team evergreen!

We have almost 500 athletes enjoying this program and it needs everyone's help to be maintained.

Please consider taking on new roles with our sport.  It is a very short season and does not require much.  The more help we have the more fun building this sport becomes.

We have filled a number of open roles this year.  Please contact us if you join the team and help.

NEW

President - Kevin Read

Treasurer - Rachel Barlas

Registrar - Mimi Morrissey

We are still looking for a Vice President of Softball, Secretary, Umpire coordinator and event planners.  Send a message to the email below if you can help.

Howe Sound Minor Ball - Volunteer Roles in Squamish & Whistler

Our sport is growing quickly, however, board members and parents are aging out of our program.  We are in need of building volunteer support to continue having baseball and softball in the corridor.

Executive and Director's positions help us make sure we are on top of everything and organized for the season.  It is a short season and we have created a rinse-and-repeat system.

For more information on how you can help us have a successful program, please visit our volunteer page.
